Refund Policy

GoodShape Premium is sold as a one-time purchase. We want customers to feel comfortable buying, and we handle refund requests fairly when the request is submitted quickly and with enough detail for review.
Standard refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Premium access cannot be used as intended and support has not been able to resolve the issue.
How to request a refund
- Email support with the purchase email and purchase date.
- Include a short description of the issue you encountered.
- Share browser and device details so we can verify and document the case.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined for repeated abuse, requests made well beyond the standard window, or cases where Premium access was successfully delivered and used without a reported platform defect.
