These terms govern your use of GoodShape. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly for personal home maintenance planning and record-keeping.

Use of the service

GoodShape provides reminders, schedules, and maintenance record tools. You remain responsible for deciding when and how to perform maintenance, selecting qualified service providers, and validating safety requirements for your property. GoodShape is an organizational tool and does not replace professional inspections or licensed work.

Billing and Premium access

Premium is offered as a one-time payment unless a future offer explicitly states different terms at checkout. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Access restoration may require the email used for the original purchase. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and updates

We aim for reliable availability, but uptime is not guaranteed. Features may improve over time, and we may ship updates to improve quality, security, and usability. If a critical incident occurs, support can help with troubleshooting and Premium verification.

Limitation of liability

GoodShape is provided as-is to assist organization and planning. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodShape is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from missed maintenance, property loss, service-provider outcomes, or device-level data loss.
